In a Session
Most people brace for something heavy. It isn’t. You stay calm and in control the whole way, often just talking it through, while the science does the quiet work underneath. Then you go to do the thing that always used to catch, and it simply doesn’t.
How a session flows
From start to finish it moves the same gentle way, at the pace your system is happy with. You stay calm and in control throughout, and nothing is ever forced.
Find what’s actually in the way. You don’t need to know what sits underneath it.
Bring it to mind and give it a number, just for you. Never said aloud.
The charge softens at the source. You stay relaxed, often in conversation.
What’s left settles into something steadier, turned toward the next step.
See it for yourself. Here is the opening of a session, so you know exactly what it feels like to press play and begin. On-demand. Any time. At your own pace.
Sometimes it lands in the room, a clear shift you feel immediately. Sometimes it’s quieter. You feel it afterwards, when you go to do the thing that always used to catch, and it simply doesn’t. That quiet is the work landing, the most ordinary kind of freedom, and the most real. And it compounds: each session builds on the last, so small shifts stack into lasting change.
Nothing is forced and nothing is dragged up. You only ever release what you’re ready for. In group sessions your camera and mic stay off, so you settle in from anywhere. One thing: please don’t listen while driving, or doing anything that needs your full attention.

James was calm, intuitive, and warm. I felt really safe and carefully held.

Group or one to one
Now you know what a session feels like, think of the thing you would bring. Move the slider to how it sits today, and see whether the group or one to one suits it best.
Present
Present, and ready to work on. In the room, you clear yours while others clear theirs, and the shifts compound. This is what the group is designed for.
Become member →Never take on a high-charge subject alone. The group stays gentle by design. If something feels raw, recent, or overwhelming, that one belongs 1-1.
You can’t really be told what a shift feels like. You have to feel it.
