The free workbook
You're not broken.
Meet the part of you that has been carrying the weight, and set a little of it down. In your own time, grounded in real science, and yours to keep.
The results
Not the situation. Your perspective, and what rises when it arrives.
The meeting still happens. The family is still the family. But the dread that used to arrive with them arrives smaller, or not at all. You feel lighter, calmer, and free to get on with your day. This page says it plainly: why people come, what they bring, and what life looks like after.
Why you are here
That is the whole of it. Maybe you have tried it all: the books, the courses, the talking it through. Maybe you have tried nothing yet. Either way the solution here is the same, and it is simple. You bring the thing. We find what holds it. Your mind sets it down, and you move forward. A spark for change is all you need to arrive with.
The starting line
Maybe you have done years of the work. Maybe this is the first page you have ever read about any of it. It meets you exactly where you are.
Held back at work by the imposter feeling, and nobody there knows.
You have tried it all, and it is just not shifting.
Curious, but not sure what this is or how to begin.
You know something is wrong. You cannot name it yet.
You have never done anything like this before.
The work
One thing at a time, and it is usually one of these:
In the live room, each session has a theme, like coming back to calm, or clearing the resistance between you and your vision, and everyone brings their own version of it. One to one goes one step further: the deepest transformation, on what is uniquely yours. Both offer the same thing in different ways. One simply goes deeper, with a room held just for you.
The themes
One theme a month, and you bring your version of it.
The Changemaker Accelerator
Come Back to Calm
Stepping Into Your Power
One theme a month, one layer at a time. The results build.

Because the freeze was never about the slides. A younger part of you learned, long ago, that being seen was not safe, and it still steps in to protect you. When that part sets its weight down, you present, and the dread simply is not there first.
Usually a ceiling belief: somewhere you learned how much was allowed to be yours. It is not a character flaw, it is old information. Update it, and you stop braking: you send the thing, say yes to the thing, and let it grow past the point where you used to pull it back.
Because the pattern is running on what it learned long ago, not on who you are now. Clear it, and the dinner still happens, but the tension does not rise to meet it. People tend to describe sitting through the same evening feeling calm.
Because being aware is not the same as changing. Insight tells you what happened. Setting it down is a different job, and it is the part we do. How that works →
Not by arguing with it. A limiting belief is something a part of you learned, usually early, as protection, and repeating a nicer thought over the top rarely holds, because that part still believes the original. What works is updating the belief at its source: your mind revisits what it learned, sees it through who you are now, and lets it go. The belief does not need to be fought. It needs to be updated, and once it is, the new way of seeing tends to stay.
Not because you did it wrong, and not because what you tried was wrong. Some parts of us simply hold on, because holding on is how they have kept us safe, and they can hold on through years of honest effort and everything you have invested. I know because I lived it: I spent years working on myself, on a journey that felt like it had no end, and the same challenge kept meeting me anyway. What finally moved it was not more effort. It was the part doing the holding feeling safe enough to let go. That is exactly why I do this work, and why it is built for moving forward, not for staying.
A part of you has learned that the thing you react to is a danger, and it wants to keep you safe, so it gives you that reaction. The reaction is protection, running on old information. Show that part the danger has passed, and it stops firing: the same comment lands, and you stay calm and choose your response. That is the whole mechanism, and it is exactly what we clear in a session.
I've looked at multiple ways. I've tried to logically unpack it, I've tried talking, I've even tried to suppress or numb feelings. But this is the complete opposite, facing it head on, and it was such a weight lifted off my chest.

What you can expect
Results vary, because everybody carries different things. These are the ones that come back most:
And with every session, more weight goes down.
I have done a lot of different things over the years and working with James was amazing. We starting working on an issue and by the end I couldn't even remember what the issue was, it was just gone out of my awareness.

The goal
A gap you can step through is enough. Whatever is in your way works the same: it does not have to disappear, it only has to shrink until you can move past it. Try it: bring the resistance down yourself.
10 · The resistance is blocking the way forward.
The work I do with James in those areas has become ingrained in me, helping me break through resistance and move from insight into genuine, sustainable change.

After
People tend to report the same thing. The meeting, the message, the family dinner arrives, and the old surge does not come with it. You stay calm in a moment that used to take you over. Not because the challenge went away, but because how you see it changed, and sometimes a problem stops being a problem at all. Other times the change is simpler still: you notice a path was never yours, and you sidestep it entirely. Either way, the choice is back in your hands.
The work happens after. When you're faced with the same thing, you think about it in a different way, deal with it different. It wasn't as intense, it didn't throw me off.

Your line
Everybody's line is different, and the endpoint is entirely yours. For one person it points at a business, a stage, a body of work. For another it is simply enjoying life again: present, at peace, with people they love. Both count the same here. We do not chase highs. We build change that lasts, a layer at a time, and the walking is yours.
All backgrounds
Some people come for the neuroscience and want to read the papers. Some connect to this as something more spiritual. Some arrive doubtful and would rather feel it than believe it. The work is the same in every case: setting the weight down. However you connect to that is welcome here.
An honest line
Worth naming plainly, because personal development is full of big promises.

Clear the block, and you spot the opportunities you used to push away. What you build from there takes work, and there is no shortcut. And money is only the example. Whatever you bring, the same three steps hold: we clear the block, you see what you could not, and you build from there.
The grounded version
Your perception is a narrow window: there is far more in front of you than you can take in, so your beliefs decide what gets through. Believe there is only scarcity, and scarcity is what you will keep seeing. Nothing is hidden. Your perspective is simply elsewhere. Shift the belief, and what was always available comes into view. Try it: same scene, different perspective.
The scene never changes. Only your perspective does.
An honest filter
If you are looking for a magic fix, and you are not prepared to do the work, this is not it.
If you are hoping the method will do the changing for you: we help you clear. You walk forward.
If you are looking for an endless healing journey: this is built for setting it down, and finally moving forward.
And one question worth sitting with: what will you do once the thing in your way is gone? When the imposter feeling no longer runs the meeting, the meeting is still yours to run. It is the best problem you will ever have.
There is a lot on this site, because everybody arrives at a different stage and wants to know different things. Some people want the science. Some just want to know it feels safe. The goal is never to overwhelm you. It is to meet you where you are. The work is built the same way. All that matters is that you come curious, and we will guide you through the rest.
How you respond. The situation is usually the same, the meeting happens, the family is the family. What people notice is the old charge not arriving with it: you feel lighter, calm where the dread used to be, and free to get on with your day.
Most people feel lighter after their first session, and the clearest proof tends to arrive later, at the next trigger. Every journey is different. With every session, more weight goes down.
The hour is often calm to the point of feeling anticlimactic. Then you go back to your week, you meet the thing that always used to catch you, and it does not. Judge it there, not at the end of the hour.
Each month has one theme, and you bring your own version of it. Examples: the Changemaker Accelerator, clearing the resistance between you and your vision. Come Back to Calm, clearing the triggers that create the stress. Stepping Into Your Power, taking the space that is yours. Community members vote on what comes next.
What clears tends to stay clear, because your mind has updated what it learned to carry rather than being distracted from it. Something new can surface later, and that is the next layer, not the old one returning.
It is built for finally setting the weight down, and moving forward. Come and feel it: the Insider Session, one night, live and online, £10, and it comes off your first month if you join.
