Fifteen questions · about two minutes

You have done everything. It still has not moved.

The courses. The coaching. The therapy. Find out what is actually holding it.

Complimentary.

What you walk away with

Three answers, the moment you finish.

Which area of your life

We help you identify where the resistance is sitting: work, money, your relationship, family, friendships, health, how you speak to yourself, or what you want to build. Then how deep it runs, and how far into your week it reaches.

The belief holding it there

What is actually keeping it in place, and why understanding it, talking about it and pushing through did not reach it. There is a reason, and it is not willpower.

What clears it from here

The one next step that fits where you actually are, and why. Your answers decide which, not us.

James Hazlett-Beard, certified neurocoach and founder of expansion works
Who is asking

I am James. A certified neurocoach, and a founder first.

There are a lot of approaches out there, and a lot of people telling you they have the answer. What is different here is that I did it. I built the careers and the businesses I wanted, I have done every piece of this work on myself, and I am living the result rather than teaching it from a distance.

Which is why this is not about following a path that somebody else set out for you. It is about you. It is built around your own experience, and what you want from your life.

What we do here is find what is standing in your way, so you can move forward. That is not only about feeling calmer. It is about what you go and build once the resistance lets go.

The fifteen questions are the ones I would ask in a first session, in the order I would ask them.

The assessment is built on the same ground as the work: memory reconsolidation, as set out by Ecker, Ticic and Hulley in Unlocking the Emotional Brain (2012), and the language of parts from Internal Family Systems, developed by Dr Richard Schwartz. We use both with credit.

Why this exists

The story of how expansion works was born.

Based on a real story: our founder, and your neurocoach.
